About St. John's Lutheran Church

Who We Are

We are a loving community of believers in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.  Many of our members have been here for quite a while, while others are fairly new to the church.  We were founded in 1950.  The original church building burned in 2001, and was rebuilt in 2002. 

Since then, we have been a growing church that loves the Lord our God, loves each other, and serves the world.  The Lord has blessed us with increasing numbers, and we just recently were able to be served by a full time pastor. 

Our Purpose

Our purpose at St. John's Lutheran Church is put into one, simple statement.  We love the Lord our God, we love each other, and we serve the world.  Everything we do in worship, bible study, fellowship, and outreach is always centered around these three ideals: 

LOVING OUR GOD, LOVING EACH OTHER, AND SERVING THE WORLD.
